The Trapp® Warranty: Storm Doors
Trapp® Storm Doors are warranted to be free of defects in material for the life of the door. Hardware items are warranted for one year by the hardware maufacturer. 
Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty does not cover broken glass, torn screening, or labor costs for installation, removal, reinstallation, or transportation. This warranty does not cover damage due to unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, storm damage, or improper installation.

The Trapp® Warranty: Storm Windows
For over 75 years Trapp® products have been guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. For a period of ten (10) years after purchase the Trapp® company will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product. The product must be returned to the company by either the dealer or the homeowner. 

The Trapp® Warranty: Entry Doors
Trapp® Entry Doors, made by Taylor Door Products®, carry a limited lifetime warranty by the manufacturer. Glass products are warranted to be free of defects in quality and workmanship for 10 years by the manufacturer. Any paint or stain applied to a Trapp® Entry Door is warranted to be free of defects in quality and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any defects in paint or stain will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the George W. Trapp Company.This warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling or installation, improper cleaning, storm damage, lack of maintenance, or any other circumstances beyond the control of George W. Trapp Company. Scratches are considered normal wear and tear and may be repaired with touch up. This warranty does not cover labor costs for installation, removal, reinstallation, or transportation.

Cleaning Instructions: Trapp® Entry Doors
We recommend that pre-finished doors be allowed to fully cure for 30 days after installation before cleaning. Use only mild liquid detergent and warm water with a soft cloth. Any abrasive cleaner used on the door will void the warranty. When cleaning the glass, do not spray cleaner directly on the glass. Spray the cloth, and then clean the glass with the cloth.

Cleaning Instructions: Trapp® Storm Doors & Trapp® Storm Windows
Storm doors may be cleaned with a clean soft cloth and mild soap. Any abrasive cleaner used on the door will void the warranty. Any household glass cleaner may be used to clean the glass.
